Job summary

Park7 Group in Bloomington, Indiana, seeks an experienced construction superintendent or project manager to oversee a major multifamily renovations program across four communities. This hands-on role requires coordinating a general contractor, subcontractors, and vendors while remaining in the field alongside crews.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong knowledge of residential/multifamily builds, and a proven ability to solve field problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management or supervision experience.
• Residential or multifamily construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and crews.
• Hands-on construction background with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ons ite owner’s representative overseeing renovations at four multifamily properties.
• Manage and coordinate the general contractor, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
• Directly supervise a crew of temporary carpenters performing owner-managed renovation work.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, schedules, material deliveries, and contractor access.
• Inspect work for quality, identify deficiencies, and manage punch lists.
• Monitor project costs, review change orders, and help keep renovations on budget.
• Work closely with property management to coordinate renovations around existing residents.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to Park7 ownership.
