Park7 Group seeks an experienced, hands-on construction professional to oversee a major renovation program at four apartment communities in Bloomington, Indiana. This role is ideal for a senior construction superintendent, project manager, or general contractor who thrives in the field, coordinates multiple trades, solves problems, and sees projects through to completion.

• Work closely with property management to coordinate renovations around existing residents.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to Park7 ownership.

Experienced Construction Superintendent or Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations

Park7 Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on construction professional to oversee a major renovation program at four apartment communities in Bloomington, Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction superintendent, project manager, or general contractor who enjoys being in the field, coordinating multiple trades, solving construction problems, and seeing projects through to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate the general contractor, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Bloomington, IN. Experience in apartment renovations, student housing, carpentry, or general contracting is a major plus.
• The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• 12 daysof total paid time off (PTO)

The pay range for this role is:
