• Under clinical supervision, participates in patient treatment planning and progress reviews.
• Under supervision, conducts group, individual or family sessions and documents sessions.
• Provides patient and family education related to psychiatric or substance use problems.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments focusing on key components and patient involvement in plan of care.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately, including co-signature of supervisor.
• Provides crisis intervention and coordinates with treatment team for changes in patient condition.
