Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a Sr. OT Network Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our System Solution team. You will serve as the onsite technical resource bridging IT and plant engineering to deliver secure OT network solutions with minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates excel in enterprise and OT networks, design secure architectures, and mentor IT staff. This role requires onsite presence at our Georgetown, KY facility with limited travel.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic System Solution team. This position is ideal for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime.

Minimum qualification:

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activitiesAbility to train and mentor support personnel and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environments
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity concepts, IDMZ, and segmentation strategies
• Experience with automation, controls, or industrial systems networking
• Background supporting large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization efforts
• Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or other networking/security credentials
• Experience developing network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance for OT environments
