Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Orthopaedic Technician training and certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience in an Orthopaedic clinic preferred.
• NBOTC or ASOP ROT certification and BLS required; if not certified at hire, certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to physicians, PAs, and NPs in orthopedic care.
• Assist in preparing rooms and patients for examinations and procedures.
• Apply and remove common orthopedic devices and appliances.
• Assist in routine orthopedic procedures under supervision.
