Job summary

Tachyon Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Oracle Project Manager to lead Oracle-based IT projects from planning through deployment on-site in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle applications (Oracle EBS, SCM & Financials) and proven expertise in enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, or integrations.

The role requires 7–8+ years of IT project management with at least 3 years managing Oracle projects, along with solid SDLC knowledge and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 7–8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Oracle projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, EBS, or other Oracle solutions.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle-related projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, solution architects, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and elevate risks as necessary.
• Ensure Oracle best practices and data integrity standards are maintained across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities associated with Oracle solutions.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
