Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution with a focus in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.

Responsabilités

• New Product Integration — Support cross‑functional readiness for a new product launch by tracking supply chain and operations milestones, coordinating materials, and identifying risks to timing or execution.
• Continuous Improvement and Total Delivered Cost — Use data to identify process waste, cost drivers, or service gaps and support improvement projects that reduce total delivered cost.
• Manufacturing and Process Engineering — Observe manufacturing or operational processes, collect time studies or workflow data, and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, or ergonomics.
• Supplier and Plant Quality — Analyze quality data, support root cause investigations, document corrective actions, or help improve supplier/plant performance metrics.
