Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years of progressive experience in the natural gas industry.
• Professional Certificates in relevant fields considered.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Proof of continuing development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the area operating budget and manage area performance to meet the budget.
• Manage area maintenance capital budget to ensure effective use of dollars while maintaining the distribution system integrity.
• Assist in measuring and prioritizing area marketing and operating goals aligned with KPI objectives and requirements.
• Provide area leadership to encourage interdepartmental communication and cooperation in support of company objectives.
• Develop a strong supervisory team and promote growth among operating staff.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned (e.g., SME for Standards, PSMS, cross-functional groups).
