Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Operations Manager to lead the execution of one or more simultaneous projects, overseeing revenue, profit and loss, staff, facilities, equipment and dispatch to satisfy customer needs.

You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in rental equipment or construction. You travel as required, apply project management and MS Office skills, and drive safe, compliant operations with a focus on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
Ability to travel as required to perform duties.

Job Description Summary

Operations Manager

Sunbelt's Onsite Operations Manager is empowered execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
Ability to travel as required to perform duties

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

Mechanical aptitude
MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet and Wynne system
Project management skills

Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 97,317.00 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
