Job summary

Vestis Corporation seeks a Lead Onsite Coordinator to manage customer-site operations, ensuring timely delivery of garments and inventory, and maintaining high service levels. You will oversee inventory control, FIFO practices, and coordination with service providers to minimize losses and misplacements.

The role requires 3+ years in the service industry, strong communication, and experience with ISO 9001 quality standards. Onsite work, with heavy lifting and daily site interactions, is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of service industry experience.
• Two+ years in account management with customer interaction.
• Experience with quality assurance/quality control and ISO 9001.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to upsell services and products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers with effective communication.
• Ensure accuracy of account and delivery information.
• Manage garment inventory, FIFO, and rotation to minimize waste.
• Coordinate on-site inventory and manage delivery/tote breakdowns.
• Provide weekly status updates and handle issues promptly.
• Attend site meetings and train on reusable garments usage.
