Flourish Research in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support our site. The role involves direct patient visits, data capture, and compliance with GCP/IRB requirements.

This on-site position emphasizes meticulous study conduct and timely communication with the study team. Ideal candidates have oncology experience, at least two years in clinical research, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Must have oncology clinical research experience.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Clinical skills: vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, injections.
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
• Clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with PI, study team, Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High-level critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures (phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG).
• Document assessments and study data per regs/GCP; maintain source; complete CRFs/eCRFs.
• Obtain informed consent per federal regs, GCP, and IRB requirements.
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and confidentiality agreements.
• Report AEs promptly; SAEs to sponsor within 24 hours and notify PI/Sub-Is.
• Maintain communication with Leads, Managers, PIs/Sub-Is, and study team.
• Represent Flourish professionally in all interactions.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
