Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; three years of related experience preferred.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Ability to lead others in coordinating oncology trials and navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as coordinator for studies and support team members within protocol scope.
• Screen participants for eligibility and assist with consent processes per guidelines.
• Manage data collection, scheduling, and coordination of labs and study activities.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents (IRB, IND, FDA) as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with GCP and study protocols.
