The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator III to lead and coordinate clinical studies. The role focuses on protocol screening, consent, participant care, and ensuring compliance with IRB and GCP in oncology trials.

As a senior member, you will oversee junior coordinators, manage study documentation, and liaise with sponsors, clinicians, and support services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience required.
• RN license by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• CCRC or CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator for clinical research studies and lead protocol screening.
• Oversee junior CRCs and CRNCs in review of study documents.
• Ensure activities comply with protocol, IRB, and GCP.
• Manage lifecycle of studies from start-up to closure and participant care.
• Coordinate IP management and assist with budgets.
