Lofton Security Service, Inc. is seeking an Onshore & Offshore Water Treatment Technician in Broussard, LA. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment equipment at customer sites onshore and offshore.

This role offers hands-on work, travel to multiple job sites, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment. Offshore assignments and offshore certifications may be required; valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and commissioning of water treatment equipment.
• Support equipment trial runs to verify proper operation and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water treatment systems and related equipment.
• Assist with responding to customer service and system calls.
• Help train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and adjustment of equipment.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
• Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements.
• Travel to customer locations, including offshore facilities, as needed.
