Job summary

Prisma Health's Employer Health Services is seeking an RN for on-site occupational health at the SC Midlands location. The role provides direct and indirect nursing care for client employees, following medical directives and policies.

The on-site clinic supports health testing, case management, and safety programs. Night shift duties from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with responsibilities including triage, health assessments, laboratory draws, and maintaining regulatory records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Three years nursing experience or two in Occupational Medicine.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage injured/exposed employees, provide first aid, and arrange evaluation by MD/NP.
• Perform health assessments, document findings, review screenings, and follow up.
• Participate in substance abuse testing program and report results per policy.
• Draw labs and conduct occupational health testing (audiograms, vision, PFT) as required.
• Maintain clinic supplies and educate materials; uphold state and federal records.
• Support onsite clinic operations and collaborate with employee health and safety programs.
• Provide back-up nursing support for workers' comp and related duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
