Job summary

Premise Health in Greer, SC, is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to provide care to client employees at our Greer Health Center. The role features a night shift, 36 hours weekly, with schedule Wed/Thu/Fri 6:00p–6:30a, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assess patient care needs, perform nursing evaluations, and collaborate with physicians to deliver timely care, while maintaining records, infection control, and patient education as part of our commitment to well-being.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or AS degree; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS may be required per contract scope.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians for medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean, safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records and educates patients on health promotion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
