Job summary

Magnit seeks an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse for a 24-hour-per-week, 100% onsite role in Keene, NH. The RN will perform assessments, treatments, and guidance for Corning employees within the scope of practice, documenting findings and educating on treatment plans.

Responsibilities include records management, emergency program support, disability process guidance, return-to-work coordination, and FMLA tracking. Requires BSN, active license, CPR, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Registered Nurse experience with Occupational Health preferred.
• Active and current state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• BSN - bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Timely and effective communication.
• Competency in computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, EMR.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain records per OSHA or national regulations.
• Support the site’s medical Emergency Response Program.
• Guide through the disability process with insurers and company resources for work-related illnesses/injuries.
• Utilize PIIM program to enable early safe return to work with accommodations.
• Assist with tracking and managing FMLA requests.
• Perform surveillance exams as required by standards.
• Participate in Health and Safety programs and pandemic planning.
• Interact with Occupational Medical Providers as necessary.
• Manage medical inventory.
