Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an on-site, per diem Registered Nurse for Occupational Health at the Webster, MA location. The role involves coordinating preplacement assessments, employee health education, and immunization programs for staff, with a focus on HIPAA-compliant communications.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts state licensure.
• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate entry of new hires into UMass Memorial Health (UMMH) and UMass Chan Medical School (UMCMS) and coordinate preplacement assessment.
• Assist new hires and current employees in understanding what is needed and available resources.
• Provide education along the process to new hires and existing employees.
• Develop concise status updates while protecting HIPAA rights.
