Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions in Batesville, MS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver onsite occupational health services in a PRN capacity. You will provide high-quality, client-focused care, perform assessments, educate employees, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires current APRN licensure, prescriptive authority, CPR, and readiness to obtain audiometry, drug screening, and spirometry certifications on hire.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Care, Occ Med, or Ortho.
• Experience/ability to suture.
• Current APRN / Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice (or eligible).
• Licensed Prescriptive Authority as an APRN; Current DEA licensure.
• Established Collaborative Practice Agreement where applicable.
• State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certification in audiometry, drug screening, and spirometry upon hire may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to client employees with timely resolution and support.
• Apply clinical experience to conduct risk and health assessments.
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide preventative and restorative services and coordinate with early intervention specialists.
• Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics including OSHA surveillance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and protocols.
• Execute program workflows including return to work and LOA management.
