Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to deliver onsite occupational health services in Batesville, MS, and collaborate with the clinical team. You will perform assessments, provide education, and support return-to-work programs, while maintaining patient confidentiality and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and adherence to OSHA and safety guidelines within a proactive health program. PRN, M-F availability.

Qualifications

Current APRN/NP license in state of practice (or eligible).
Prescriptive authority as APRN; DEA licensure.
Established Collaborative Practice Agreement where applicable.
State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law.
Current CPR certification; audiometry, drug screening, spirometry on hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to client employees with timely resolution and support.
Apply clinical reasoning to conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.
Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently.
Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Provide preventative and restorative services, including job coaching and workstation assessments.
Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics such as OSHA standards.
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, from front-line to leadership.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and protocols.
