ATI Worksite Solutions in Batesville, MS seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide onsite occupational health services. This PRN, M-F position involves clinical assessment, documentation, employee education, and collaborative care in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidentiality, and utilize EMRs efficiently while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines. Return-to-work and wellness programs are part of the responsibilities.

Competenze

• Must have experience in urgent care, emergency care, occupational medicine, or orthopedics.
• Experience with suturing is preferred.
• Current APRN/NP license in state of practice and prescriptive authority with DEA are required.

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused occupational health care to employees.
• Conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly in EMRs.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support return-to-work and wellness.
• Provide preventive and restorative services including job coaching and workstation evaluations.
• Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics and OSHA compliance.
