Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) II for our on-site OB/GYN practice in Latham, NY. The nurse will triage patients, respond to clinical calls, coordinate care with providers, and support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced women’s health setting.

We value patient-centered care, collaboration, and teamwork. NYS RN license, BLS, and 6 months RN experience are required; New grads welcome to apply. This is a full-time, day-shift position at the Troy-Latham facility.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered NYS RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Take patients to exam room and record vital signs.
• Review and update medication lists in EMR.
• Complete referrals and track patient compliance.
• Review prescriptions and send for provider review.
• Obtain patient consent for procedures.
• Support daily clinic flow and triage calls.
• Educate patients about medications and home care.
• Maintain clean, safe care areas and proper labeling of specimens.
