Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a dedicated LPN for an OBGYN office in Rensselaer, NY. This full-time daytime position supports nursing care under RN supervision and participates in patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a NY Practical Nurse license, is a graduate of an accredited PN program, and has a high school diploma or GED. Lifting of up to 20 lbs is required. Monday–Friday office hours with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• The LPN must hold a current NY license and graduate from an accredited PN program.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Familiarity with nursing policies and patient care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care under the direction of a Registered Professional.
• Consistently takes accurate vital signs and collects routine patient data.
• Recognizes high-risk situations and reports them to the supervisor.
• Follows plan of care and clinical guidelines; adheres to infection control policies.
• Transcribes physician orders accurately; administers medications safely.
• Demonstrates computer skills relevant to the care area; works as a team member.
• Provides patient and family teaching and supports care coordination.
