Job summary

KBR is seeking an O&M Site Lead (Contingency) to coordinate daily site operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable performance of facility assets. This on-site leadership role requires guiding technicians, operators, and contractors while aligning with regulatory and customer requirements.

The position is contingent on contract award. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in industrial operations/maintenance, strong safety/regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities, utilities, manufacturing, energy, or other industrial environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operational activities in a team-oriented setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient site performance.
• Direct and support maintenance technicians, operators, and contractors in the execution of scheduled and corrective work.
• Monitor equipment performance and system reliability, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and asset availability.
