KBR is seeking an O&M Site Lead (Contingency) to coordinate daily site operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable performance of facility assets. Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years in operations, maintenance, facilities, utilities, or similar industrial environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operations in a team setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient site performance.
• Direct and support maintenance technicians, operators, and contractors in the execution of scheduled and corrective work.
• Monitor equipment performance and system reliability, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and asset availability.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs in accordance with site requirements and established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate work schedules, maintenance outages, and operational activities to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
• Investigate equipment failures, operational issues, and safety incidents, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, work orders, and operational reports within applicable systems.
• Support inventory management, procurement of parts and materials, and contractor oversight activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization efforts.
