BaubleBar is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team in Manhattan. You will manage production samples, maintain data on materials and measurements, and prepare samples for cross-functional reviews.

The role is full-time and onsite, with 2-3 month assignment and strong potential for regular employment. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years in Production or related field, and proficiency with Excel. Starting hourly pay is $25.00-$27.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field.
• Comfortable with large amounts of data in Excel.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain production sample storage.
• Maintain integrity of production data (materials, measurements).
• Prepare samples for internal cross-functional review of on-order product.
• Review and approve vendor invoices related to bulk production and samples.
• Assist in barcode labeling process per account requirements.
• Learn bulk production processes through vendor/internal tracking.
• Work full-time onsite in Manhattan office 5 days per week.
• 2-3 month assignment with potential for regular employment.
