Arch, a fast-growing fintech in New York City, is hiring a Data Processing Analyst to process and classify real-time updates on private investments. You will ensure data accuracy, organize, and consolidate information to deliver timely insights to clients.

The role requires 1+ year(s) in data processing or operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite at our NYC office with occasional after-hours support. Excel proficiency is valued to manage data efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data processing, management, or operations.
• Sharp eye for detail ensuring data accuracy at every step.
• Experience handling sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor account information, including client and fund updates.
• Coordinate tax documents and ensure timely submission.
• Monitor inbound data, identify relevant updates, and categorize them.
• Maintain high data classification accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform quality control on data received, identified, and extracted.
• Assist with internal audits, system reviews, and data accuracy checks.
• Extract, reconcile, and process data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data processing adheres to internal compliance and security protocols.
• Work to improve and optimize data receiving/processing workflows and systems.
• Support periodic evening and weekend work to meet client SLAs.
