Qualifications

• MSN degree required; RN license active in Indiana.
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience.
• Experience with distance education and simulation-based education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional role model for students in dress, communication, deportment, problem solving, care delivery and patient advocacy.
• Demonstrates understanding of and participates in implementation of the nursing program goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and support student learning in post-lab reports.
• Facilitates student advancement through nursing skills via high-fidelity simulation.
• Collaborates with Supervisor to optimize lab operations and manage costs.
