Qualifications

• Requires an active and unencumbered RN License in the State of the lab location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional role model for students in dress and professional conduct.
• Demonstrates understanding of nursing program goals and philosophy.
• Provide feedback to students and evaluate clinical learning using evidence-based tools.
• Coordinate lab operations with Supervisor and Lab Faculty to optimize costs.
• Teach through demonstration, practice, and hands-on simulation.
• Assist students with clinical judgment, critical thinking, and nursing process application.
• Maintain safe learning experiences and adapt to different student needs.
