Qualifications

• CNA certification or proof of successful completion of CNA coursework.
• Nursing student who has completed fundamentals of nursing with clinical component.
• BSN or direct-entry MSN program preferred for nursing students.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• May not currently hold a valid nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Support the RN with clinical tasks (e.g., glucometry, EKGs, vital signs).
• Respond to patient and family needs and help maintain unit efficiency.
