Onsite Innovations is hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner for an on-site clinic in Kokomo, Indiana. You will work with the onsite leadership and supervising physician to implement medical policies and provide high-quality care to employees.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana NP license, a Master’s degree in nursing, and a track record in occupational medicine or urgent care. This role focuses on direct patient care, preventive health, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current licensed nurse practitioner in the state of employment and in accordance with state laws
• Must maintain nurse practitioner licensure throughout employment
• NP program graduate from an accredited college/university

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care
• Lead by example and create an exceptional patient experience
• Collaborate with healthcare team to drive optimal clinical outcomes
• Monitor clinic metrics related to quality outcomes
• Provide primary care, preventive health, and occupational medicine services
• Administer or order diagnostic tests and maintain patient records
• Counsel patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Ensure compliance with medical policies and procedures
• Support education and training initiatives for staff
