Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care and developing treatment plans.
• Monitors and improves clinic metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Provides patient education and counseling on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
