Job summary

Onsite Innovations is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an on-site clinic at a client facility in Middlebury, IN. You will join the Onsite Leadership Team and work under a supervising physician to implement medical policies and deliver high-quality care to employees.

This role focuses on acute and chronic care, preventive medicine, and occupational health. You will lead patient care, order and interpret tests, maintain records, and provide compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Requires NP licensure in the state of Indiana.
• 3 years of relevant occupational medicine or urgent care experience.
• Strong patient-centered care and clinical decision-making.
• Ability to work with leadership and comply with medical policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the onsite clinic.
• Perform exams, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer orders for diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to drive quality outcomes.
