  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute illnesses, injuries, infections, episodic concerns, and common chronic conditions across in‑person, virtual, and employer‑based settings.
  • Collaborate with specialists, behavioral health providers, pharmacies, employer partners, and care teams to support management of complex or high‑risk conditions.
  • Develop evidence‑based treatment plans aligned with HealthBar care models and employer‑sponsored health initiatives.
  • Incorporate lifestyle medicine strategies including nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, breathing, and mindfulness into patient care.
  • Support employer wellness initiatives, health coaching, engagement programs, and preventative health efforts.
  • Recommend and coordinate diagnostic, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, behavioral, and specialty interventions with consideration for safety, accessibility, cost, and effectiveness.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical appropriateness, safety standards, and prescribing authority.
  • Perform primary care and occupational health procedures including wound care, splinting, immunizations, medication administration, drug and alcohol testing, and workplace injury care.
  • Conduct preventive and occupational health visits including wellness exams, sports physicals, DOT exams, pre‑employment screenings, and pre‑surgical evaluations.
