Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Minnesota-licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive care on site at a corporate location in the Minneapolis area. This is an onsite, independent contractor role with daytime clinic hours and no nights or weekends.

You will perform preventive health assessments, order screening labs, review results with employees, and refer for follow-up as needed. The position offers malpractice coverage and a supportive onsite team to handle scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minnesota NP license in good standing.
• Experience in primary care, occupational health, urgent care or corporate health.
• Ability to work independently in a non-clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive health assessments and wellness exams on site for employees.
• Order screening labs and review results with employees in person.
• Identify follow-up needs and refer to primary or specialty care as appropriate.
• Document encounters accurately and completely.
• Collaborate with onsite support staff handling scheduling and logistics.
