Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to support an onsite employee health and wellness clinic in Midtown Manhattan. This role focuses on preventive services, health screenings, and point-of-care testing during the workday within a professional corporate setting.

You will provide lifestyle coaching on nutrition, activity, sleep, and stress; administer vaccines under standing orders; perform rapid testing for flu, COVID, glucose, and cholesterol; and manage

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York NP license.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Current national board certification in your specialty.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in family/internal/urgent care or occupational health.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Respond to onsite medical situations among employees.
• Administer vaccines under standing orders and documentation requirements.
• Perform point-of-care testing (COVID, flu, strep, glucose, cholesterol).
• Support biometric screenings and preventive services.
• Provide lifestyle coaching on nutrition, activity, sleep, stress.
• Recommend follow-up care or referrals as needed.
• Manage patient appointments and clinic workflows.
• Maintain onsite medical equipment and supplies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
