Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Minnesota-licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive on-site care at a corporate location in the Minneapolis area.

This role is a 1099 independent contractor position with daytime hours and a pay rate of $130 per hour. Clinicians work in a well-run corporate setting providing preventive health checks, lab screenings, and results review with employees.

No nights, weekends, or on-call; start ASAP with clinic dates scheduled in advance.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Experience in primary care, occupational health, urgent care or corporate/employee health.
• Comfortable working independently in a non-clinic setting.
• Professional, personable manner with working adults.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive health assessments and wellness exams for employees on site.
• Order screening labs and review results with each employee in person.
• Identify findings that need follow-up and refer on to primary or specialty care.
• Document encounters accurately and completely.
• Work alongside VitalCheck's onsite support staff, who handle scheduling, check-in and clinic logistics.
