Kohler Co. invites applications for an Engineer, New Product Integration (NPI).

You will join as a core project team member and operations leader to drive early manufacturing involvement and ensure new products are launched right the first time, with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in view. Key duties include driving DFMA input, managing cross-functional projects, building cost models, and coordinating execution timelines across manufacturing locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 6 months–3 years in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience with DFMA, FMEA, and NPD processes.
• Experience with MS Project, SAP, and CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing input into NPD projects to improve design for manufacture and assembly.
• Project management for operations functions related to NPI and NPD projects across multiple disciplines.
• Develop product cost models and plan for launch targets with plant NPI and Operations support.
• Provide Make vs Buy analysis support using cash cost modeling.
• Coordinate plant project execution timelines and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure timelyInventory in Stock dates and risk-mitigation contingency planning.
