Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our onsite team at a client location in Golden Gate, CA. This PRN role covers absences of the full-time clinician, with clinic hours 7AM-3PM on M-F and 6AM-2PM Tue/Wed/Thu.

Candidates should have 2+ years in occupational or urgent care and DOT certification to be completed prior to start. As part of the Onsite Advanced Practitioner team, you will implement local medical policies, provide direct patient care,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care and delivering excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to clinical models.
• Monitors and interprets clinic metrics related to quality and patient satisfaction.
• Provides direct patient care including history, exam, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests and maintains accurate patient records.
