About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Onsite Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. This position is onsite, typically working evening shifts and being on call overnight to oversee the property after hours, performing various tasks.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out during after-hours, providing excellent service and addressing needs.
• Complete laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels, maintaining a clean laundry area.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas; ensure supplies are stocked; prepare rooms as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure the security of the property and guests.
• Be on call overnight for guest needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year in customer service; hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to solving problems.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders occasionally.
• Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
