Job summary

Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician for full-time night shifts at Corporate Health Services. You will provide emergency care, first aid, and basic life support to employees at a contracted client site and operate as the sole onsite clinician during night hours.

The role requires NJ EMT certification with 3–5 years of clinical experience, a valid driver's license, and several certifications (CAOHC, NIOSH Spirometry, Substance Abuse Collection, CPR/BLS).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current NJ EMT certification with a minimum of three-five years (3-5) of clinical experience.
• Valid Driver's License - free of restrictions.
• CAOHC Occupational Hearing Conservation Technician certification obtained within six (6) months after hire.
• NIOSH Spirometry certification obtained within six (6) months after hire.
• Substance Abuse Collection certification obtained within six (6) months after hire.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No restrictions, sanctions, or disciplinary actions on professional licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care, first aid, and basic life support to employees at a contracted client site.
• Respond to on-site emergencies using required PPE and report outcomes to supervisors and the Plant Physician.
• Document all injury and illness encounters accurately and completely.
• Maintain BBP training requirements as directed by Atlantic Health System.
