• Active Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads, qualify buyers, and guide them through the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan and identify partnerships to meet sales goals.
• Educate buyers on the community, products, financing, design, mortgage, construction and closing.
