Job summary

Mattamy Homes in Venice, FL seeks a New Home Counselor to generate and follow up on leads, educate buyers, and drive sales throughout the home buying process.

You will develop a community business plan, identify marketing strategies and Realtor partnerships to meet sales goals, while guiding buyers through design, mortgage, construction and closing steps. A real estate license and onsite experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Business-minded sales professional with proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong client relationships and effective communication.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM or similar sales software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads; educate buyers on products; drive sales volume.
• Develop a community business plan; identify Realtor partnerships to meet sales goals.
• Provide a comprehensive home buying education through design, mortgage, construction and closing processes.
