Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on network support or network engineering experience.
Strong experience troubleshooting enterprise wired and wireless networks.
Experience administering and supporting Cisco Meraki, Unifi, and Aruba HPE networking environments.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching and routing, and VPN connectivity.
Experience supporting office-based IT environments with onsite users.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for wired and wireless network infrastructure across office locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, roaming, and device authentication issues.
Monitor network health and proactively identify potential issues impacting users.
Support network equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity issues involving access points, RF interference, bandwidth utilization, and client performance.
Analyze wireless coverage and performance metrics to ensure a reliable user experience.
Assist with wireless network optimization and tuning.
Support ongoing office moves, expansions, workstation deployments, and network provisioning.
Capture user feedback, translate into improvements, and communicate findings to HQ.
Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and IT teams to resolve connectivity issues.
Assist with network documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking.
Respond to and resolve employee network-related issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Document root causes and contribute to process improvements and runbooks.
