A growing organization is seeking a senior-level Wireless Network Engineer with strong hands‑on Wi‑Fi expertise.

This is not a traditional route/switch role. The focus is heavily on wireless troubleshooting, RF design, Meraki, and supporting a large, high-density multi-site environment.

The role is roughly 80% operational troubleshooting and 20% project work.

Must Haves

• Strong Cisco Meraki wireless experience
• Advanced Wi‑Fi and RF troubleshooting
• Cell sizing, radio profiles, power, channels, and AP placement
• Experience with 5 GHz and 6 GHz environments
• High-density wireless experience
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Strong communication and teamwork
