Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Junior Network Administrator (P1) for onsite work in a classified environment. The role requires an active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship. You will install, maintain, and monitor the network infrastructure across sensitive SAP areas, with opportunities to grow in security certifications. Successful candidates will support voice/data networks, document configurations, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree with <2 years of relevant experience (or 4 years equivalent).
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IDS.
• Active U.S. government Secret clearance (citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Maintains and supports classified network infrastructure at Raytheon facilities.
• Installs, maintains, and configures data/voice network hardware and software.
• Produces documentation and diagrams for network environments.
• Works with vendors for third‑party maintenance as needed.
• Willing to work outside normal hours to ensure network uptime.
