Job summary

The candidate will enhance development workflows, support environment setup, and collaborate with federal staff, vendors, and internal teams to ensure continuity and interoperability. Active TS clearance is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8+ years of software development and/or system architecture experience.
• Strong experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with COBOL or mainframe environments and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of .NET/C# applications in a legacy system environment.
• Stabilize development and production environments with stakeholders.
• Design and implement data movement and integration across platforms.
• Analyze legacy components and propose performance improvements.
• Support ETL processes and data modeling for reliable data flow.
• Collaborate with federal staff, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to system and network architecture discussions.
• Evaluate modern tools and technologies to enhance data processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer.
