Job summary

Tarragon Property Services is seeking a Site Training Specialist in Sumner, WA. You will lead onboarding for multifamily site staff, partner with regional leaders to identify training needs, and develop role-based training paths.

Expect hands-on coaching, SOP documentation, and ongoing program evaluation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily property management, strong presentation and English communication skills, and experience with LMS, SharePoint, and Yardi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on onboarding and ongoing training for multifamily site staff.
• Partner with Regional Managers to identify site training needs and provide targeted coaching.
• Develop and maintain role-based training plans and learning paths.
• Provide coaching to site office employees for expanded responsibilities.
• Develop and reinforce SOPs for multifamily site office functions.
• Evaluate training programs and propose improvements based on results.
• Support new systems and site initiatives with training materials and instruction.
• Oversee compliance training completion through Aspire and other platforms.
• Support audits related to lease files, notices, renewals, and compliance.
• Identify practical training resources for site operations and compliance.
• Maintain awareness of industry practices and regulatory updates.
