Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Las Vegas, NV onsite property team. You will perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance to uphold safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Role emphasizes proactive maintenance, timely work orders, and clear communication with the supervisor. A high school diploma and at least one year in property management are expected; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• General maintenance skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds per state guidelines.
• Carry out carpentry duties: wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window/door repairs, tile work.
• Proactive preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool and elevator upkeep.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify issues needing maintenance or repair.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, fires, floods) as needed.
• Communicate promptly with maintenance supervisor about issues.
