Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction in Kilgore, TX. The role reports to the Director of Construction and Lead Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure on-time, in-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising all on-site activities, reviewing plans daily for constructability, maintaining safety programs, and ensuring quality as per contract documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college with emphasis in Construction Technology preferred.
• Five years minimum experience in a construction supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Review plans, details, and specs daily for issues and constructability.
• Maintain site safety and conduct toolbox meetings; manage safety measures.
